Patients 18 and over with a BMI ≥ 27, or BMI ≥ 23 with weight-related health conditions, may qualify. A licensed Filipino physician reviews every assessment to confirm eligibility and recommend the right program.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. All Lumitalk programs are prescription-only under Philippine law. Your online health assessment is reviewed by a licensed Filipino physician. If you meet the clinical criteria, your prescription is issued and your program is dispatched directly to you. No clinic visit required.

How is the program delivered?

Your program is packaged discreetly and shipped to your door anywhere in the Philippines. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days within Metro Manila and 3 to 5 business days outside Metro Manila, after your prescription is confirmed. Your Care Team stays available via Viber throughout your program.

How do I pay?

We currently accept GCash and BPI via InstaPay or bank transfer. After checkout, you will receive our QR code and payment details. Your order is confirmed once payment is verified by our team.
